What are the application requirements and fees?
You’ll need valid ID, proof of income, and consent for a credit/background check. A non-refundable application fee applies; contact us at <a href="tel:{{ community.phone }}" class="faq-link">{{ community.phone }}</a> for the current amount and security deposit details.
Does your community require renters’ insurance?
No, {{ community.name }} Apartments does not require renters’ insurance.
How much is the security deposit?
Residents may choose between two options:<br>
A $300 non-refundable deposit waiver fee, or<br>
A refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent.<br>
This flexible option allows residents to select what works best for their budget.<br>
What is the application process and how long does it take?
Prospective residents must apply online by completing the application and paying the required fees. The application fee is $60 per applicant (non-refundable), and there is a $175 administrative fee per apartment (refundable only if the application is denied). The screening process can take up to three business days.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Most utilities are included in a utility package that we charge alongside rent in RentCafe - only Electric and Internet will be the resident's responsibility to set up directly with their provider.
Utility Package - $102.00 for a 1-bedroom, $112.00 for a 2-bedroom. Package includes water, trash removal, sewer, pest control access, and building facility fee.
How can I pay rent?
Residents can pay rent through our secure online portal or in person at the leasing office. We also offer FlexPay or other payment programs to help you split rent into smaller, manageable payments.

Do you offer in-unit laundry, on-site laundry, or both?
Laundry options vary by floor plan. The Aspen and Brentwood floor plans include a washer and dryer. All other floor plans feature washer and dryer connections. Additionally, an on-site laundry facility is available for residents.
How are packages delivered at your property?
USPS packages are delivered to resident mailboxes, parcel lockers, or directly to the resident’s door depending on size. All other carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and Amazon, deliver packages directly to residents’ doors.

What should new residents expect on move-in day?
Welcome home! Move-in appointments take place at the Leasing Office and typically last 20–45 minutes. Residents may sign their lease in advance or during the appointment. During the appointment, final payments will be completed, a welcome information folder will be provided, and apartment keys will be issued at the conclusion of the meeting.
What is your move-out process?
Residents must provide a 60-day written notice prior to moving out. A final walkthrough will be scheduled for the move-out day, and all keys must be returned after the walkthrough is completed.
